Chicken and kelp noodle stir-fry


Day 9 - for breakfast I had a stir-fry with kelp noodles, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, red&green capsicum, fresh coriander (from my herb garden!), chicken (roasted the other day) and a handful of cashews and a splash of wheat-free, sugar-free soy sauce. Yummy! These kelp noodles are amazing!

It seems that cashews are either allowed or not allowed when eating paleo, depending on what you read. I have decided it is ok to have them once a week.
