Tasty Invention


I came home for lunch without knowing what I really wanted, so I quickly made something up while my cast-iron frypan was heating up. I put some olive oil in there, a handful of spiralised zucchini and carrot, some pine-nuts, shredded BBQ chicken, and handful of kelp noodles plus a dash of wheat-free soy sauce. I just heated it all up and mixed through, and had the most delicious meal! The kelp noodles are so crunchy, they really make the dish. I scattered some fresh herbs (coriander and parsley) on top. I love inventing dishes!
