Lamb roast


Roasting a leg of lamb, smells great! I've just taken it out to rest for 20mins or so, and added potato (for Mark) and pumpkin to the pan, covered it in juices and shoved it back into the oven for half an hour. I'm going to steam some broccoli and cauliflower for myself to go with it.
