I felt like I had lots more energy today. Throughout Week One, i was sooooo tired and slept 9 hours a night. In the last few days I have been waking up feeling more refreshed. Also, last week, i was having a few dizzy spells (to do with the lack of sugar maybe?) but that seems to have passed. I have dinner plans on Thursday this week, we have chosen a Greek restaurant and i'm feeling confident I can pick menu items that fit in with the paleo style. My herbs are growing well already, and ready to use tomorrow.
Today I ate mostly leftovers from brekkie, lunch and dinner. There seems to be a lot of food in my fridge and a lot of choices, good choices, every meal.
