Quick & easy breakfast
Yesterday involved a lengthy time in my kitchen: the worst set-up kitchen in the whole world (oh i can't wait to move!) and it was a little tiring. Had some popcorn at the movies last night, so not paleo but after 21 days i felt i could have a little treat. No guilt!
This morning, after preparing a slow-cooked beef stew for my man (only a few vegetables, no onion or tomato), and squeezing out about 3 litres of almond milk, putting away all those leftover paleo cookies, and then making an almond milk/coffee/banana smoothie, i was OVER the kitchen! So i cooked up some bacon and made a couple of tiny wraps with lettuce leaves, tomato, BBQ chicken and bacon, with a few pecans on the side. Quick and easy.
