Roast breakfast!


Enjoyed a delicious roast breakfast (leftovers from last night). And the good news is, after a week of strict paleo eating, I have dropped 5cm from both my hips and my waist. Weight-wise (my scales are a bit unreliable) I have lost around 1.5-2kg as well. Bring on Week 2!
