Mmmmm meat!


While my beef fillet steak was cooking a nice medium-rare on the BBQ, i was sauteeing some julienne carrots, finely sliced cabbage and onion to have with it, and cooking some Panang curry in my electric frypan - roast chicken breast meat, cauliflower and broccoli, onion, red capsicum, pumpkin, Mae Ploy panang curry paste (no preservatives or colours or sugar or wheat) and coconut milk. I will have the curry tomorrow sometime.

I am going over my upcoming dinner in a Greek restaurant and wondering how I'll go with my choices. I certainly don't want to go off eating paleo at this stage of the game, but i want to enjoy myself as well. Will report after I get home......
