1. I am loving the food.
2. I am not hungry in between meals.
3. I feel like I am losing weight (will report back on Monday morning when I weigh in).
4. It takes an effort to eat this way but it is worth it so far.
Today I had some leftovers: chicken curry for lunch plus extra steamed broccoli, cauliflower and pumpkin. Dinner was zucchini ribbons with bolognaise sauce....mmmmmmm. I am investigating spiralizers (sp?) which cut veggies into ribbons, noodles and other exciting things. One thing i am is TIRED !! so I can't say I am full of energy or anything...but maybe it's early days.
