Prep for Week 4
Tomorrow is the 4th week of my paleo challenge...it's been great so far. I made a slow-cooked beef stew for my man today, now I'm cooking up a bolognaise sauce (beef, onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, organic tomatoes) and i will throw some fresh basil in it from my herb garden) and I've got a leg of lamb roasting in the oven for dinner. I wish I had bought some beetroot to try with the roast..damn! I've ripped apart a BBQ chicken to have ready in the fridge, chopped pumpkin and I'm just about to spiralise some zucchini 'noodles' to have during the week. I'm wondering what else I can do to save time this week??!!
